Natural stones, porcelain, quartz, and other products represent products of nature or
manufactured products that come with inherent variations; we cannot be held responsible in
any cause of action that results from their use in any form. We do not make expressed or
implied warranty for any particular use. These products inherently lack uniformity and are
subject to variation in terms of color, shade, finish, tint, hardness, strength, resistance,
density, etc. Some products may be characterized by dry seams, pits, and fossils. In the
case of polished and honed stones, these pits are often filled during the manufacturing or
installation process. The pits may occasionally reappear from normal wear and tear and
regular usage. In such cases, it may be crucial to refill these pits as part of a normal
maintenance procedure. Any samples submitted are with the understanding that these
qualities are inherent in the product's nature and can not be considered latent defects.
Mosaic tiles are not recommended for use with metal near the heavy water areas, including
tubs, shower surrounds, pools, spas, and other outdoor applications. After installation, the
vendor disclaims any liabilities. Mosaic tiles can be cleaned with warm water and a cloth. For
more extensive cleaning, a mild detergent or glass cleaner can be used. Abrasive sponges
or cleaning agents should not be used with strong chemicals, as it may harm the metal
mosaics.

The product categories and classifications like Granite, Marble, Travertine, Limestone,
Quartzite, and others are based on generally accepted industry acceptance. They do not
essentially reflect the geological composition of the material. In several cases, these
materials are technically made of different geological compositions. For instance, numerous
stones are commonly known as granites, but geologically, they are Charnockites, Polimitic
Mataconglomerates, or any of other diverse geological stones. Also, various stones, which
are commonly referred to as marble, are geologically limestone. Products shown on the IGM
website reflect the industry classification of products and do not necessarily reflect the
geological composition. We do not guarantee or make a representation of the geological
composition of any stone. Besides, the category reflected on our website should not
necessarily be used for customs classification. If the geological composition is important,
then we suggest getting the buyer/owner to get the product tested by a scientific lab.
